New to online store for 2022, The "F1 CHIPIN" Is a fine short cane tipped (1.1mm) slim profiled pattern, that sits on a 0.7mm carbon stem. Ideally suited for maggot or expanders fished on or off the deck when dotting right down and every finicky bite needs to rigister is the order of the day. Many call this patten a Chianti (As an old skool float maker a chianti will always be a balsa pattern with a short 1mm cane tip set on either 0.6mm carbon or a 1mm cane stem) so I've gone with the name CHIPIN using the 1st 3 letters of Chianti and the 1st 3 letters of the float maker that actually wrote the program for this HT slim profile, which so very often gets confused with the Italian Chianti pole float from the 1990's.
